I don't like what I see at all,
Is it true, the reflection I see,
Or is it you mirroring back at me.
Mirror, Mirror you do not lie.
I cannot hide my face so sly.
So open up your eyes and see,
Where the truth shines in and breaks you free.
Mirror, Mirror you are my Friend,
Mother, Brother, Sister, Lover.
When I look deep and see, thoughts & deeds that startle me.
They are not my friends' you see,
But my true self looking back at me.
